I did this today!



My dad, my brother and I, all worked out together. We had "the man tire" and "Rachel's tire". My arms, back, and legs are screaming at me right now.

    I don't even know what this means, but I want to try it! Maybe when i'm in town for Thanksgiving to work off all my pie?!?! :)
